Located at the beginning of Corso Matteotti, built in the late 16th century and owned bythe family of Sulmona Crows that had settled in  Ortona in the early 17th century, the building is today the seat of Tosti  National Institute founded in 1983 and the national Museum and Aerchive of Abruzzo Francesco Paolo Tosti. The collection covers the Abruzzo musical history through manuscripts and scores of several artists. On the ground floor is  the seat of the regional wine cellar of Abruzzo.
