Opened in 1930 it offers, from the front square, a great view of the harbor and the sea of Ortona. Built on a communal area according to a Neoclassical project by Engineer Tommaso Pincione, who wanted to dedicate it to his wife Victoria, it was privately ruled until 1998 when the city acquired the property. In 2006 it was reopened to the public with the subsequent dedication to Ortona’s musician Francesco Paolo Tosti.
